- What is Thrace?
- Thrace is an app that helps women in Indian cities make friends through small, real plans. You tell it how you feel, it suggests three plans near you that fit your energy, and you join with one tap. It is a third space: somewhere between home and work where you belong.
- Is Thrace only for women?
- Yes. Thrace is for women aged 18 and over, and everyone is verified with a selfie and ID check before she can join a plan, host or send messages.
- How does Thrace keep me safe?
- Every member is a verified woman. You see only the area of a plan until you are confirmed, and then the exact address. Your trusted contact is told where and when you are going each time you join. You can report or block anyone in one tap, every plan has an “I need help” button, and our team reviews every report.
- How does Thrace choose plans for me?
- Thrace looks at how you feel today, how much social energy you have, what would feel good, where you are and what you told it in Inner World, a short set of gentle questions you answer when you join. It then suggests three plans instead of a long list, so there is nothing to scroll through.
- Is Thrace a dating app?
- No. Thrace is for friendship and community between women. There is no swiping and no dating.
- Where is Thrace available?
- Thrace opens first in Delhi NCR, then Bengaluru, then Hyderabad. Join the waitlist and we will tell you when it opens in your city.
- When does Thrace launch?
- We are opening one city at a time, starting with Delhi NCR, so every plan has enough women nearby. We have not announced a date. People on the waitlist hear first.
- How much does Thrace cost?
- Joining the waitlist is free. We will publish pricing before Thrace opens.
- What kinds of plans are on Thrace?
- Small, easy plans like chai and conversation, café hopping, walks, book clubs and yoga, plus hosted Moments like supper clubs, pottery afternoons, cooking together and day trips. Plans are grouped by energy: calm, social, adventurous and creative.
- What are Right now, Soon and Moments?
- Right now plans happen in the next few hours. Soon plans are for later this week. Moments are hosted gatherings and supper clubs, planned ahead.
- Do I have to go alone?
- No. You can invite a friend to join a plan with you. Many women come alone, though, and plans are kept small so it never feels like walking into a crowd.
- Can I host on Thrace?
- Yes. Members can apply to host Moments, such as supper clubs, walks or workshops. Hosts set the vibe, the size and the price, and earn from the moments they host. Every guest is verified before she arrives.
- What happens to what I tell Thrace?
- Your mood check-ins, Inner World answers and conversations with the Thrace companion are private to you. They are never shown to other members or hosts, never sold, and never used for advertising. You can edit or delete them at any time.
- What if I need to cancel?
- You can cancel from your plan in the app, and the group is told. Plans exist to make showing up easier, not to make you feel guilty.
